Privacy Policy

Hayati OS ("Hayati OS", "we", "us") is based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account and send sign-in links.
- The information you choose to add: expenses, bills, pay-later plans, debts, renewals, document details, car, home, goals and reminders. We ask you to store only the last digits of ID, policy and vehicle numbers.
- A random device key stored in your browser, used to keep your account active on one device at a time.
- Payment records from Ziina (amount, date, status). We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: show your dashboard, calculate totals and reminders, unlock lifetime access, and answer your questions in Hayati Assistant. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Hayati Assistant (AI)
When you ask the assistant an open question, a summary of your figures (totals, names, dates, amounts) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer. Document files and reference numbers are not sent.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, and the app is hosted on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your rights
You can export your data or permanently delete your account at any time from More → Privacy & data. You can also email us at support.hayatios@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
