All purchases are final

Hayati OS lifetime access is a digital product that is unlocked immediately after payment. Because nothing is shipped and access is delivered instantly, purchases cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, and are non-refundable. This is shown to you before you pay, and you confirm it at checkout.

Try before you buy

The full demo is free and needs no account, so you can see exactly what you are buying before paying.

The only exceptions

We will refund you in full if, within 48 hours of payment, you email us and:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or
• a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing your account after paying, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days of your report.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your card issuer, they can take 10 to 45 days to appear.

Payment problems

If anything looks wrong with a charge, please email us at support.hayatios@gmail.com before contacting your bank. Include the email on your account and the payment date, and we reply within 2 working days.
