Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Hayati OS ("Hayati OS", "we", "us"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or buying lifetime access, you agree to them.
The service
Hayati OS helps you organize information you enter yourself. It is not connected to banks, Tabby, Tamara, government portals, insurers or telecom providers. Figures, estimates and assistant answers are based only on your entries and are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time payment of AED 149 through Ziina and covers the app for as long as we operate it, including updates. Hayati Assistant has a fair-use limit of 20 questions per day.
One device
Each account is for one person and is active on one device at a time. You may move your account to a new device up to 3 times a year; contact us if you need more. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Ziina in UAE dirhams (AED) by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store any card details on our servers. The cardholder must keep a copy of their transaction record and these terms.
Refunds and cancellations
Hayati OS is a digital product that is unlocked immediately after payment, so purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. The free demo lets you try the full app before buying. Exceptions are set out in our Refund Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy Hayati OS. We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC or UN-sanctioned countries.
Your responsibilities
Keep your email account secure, enter accurate information, and do not misuse or attempt to break the service.
Liability
We work hard to keep Hayati OS reliable, but we cannot guarantee reminders will never be missed. You remain responsible for your payments and renewals. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the courts of Abu Dhabi.
